A wonderful walnut sauce that can be used to lightly coat your favorite pasta or try it as a spread on a piece of crusty bread for an appetiser. The paste is made up of 50% walnuts, ROI extra virgin olive oil, grana cheese, pine nuts, salt, vinegar and garlic.
It is a condiment without colourants and preservatives, in order to maintain the nature of the excellent raw materials used in the preparation. Perfect as condiment for ravioli and gnocchi.
