Spitfire is a flavour added cheese especially produced for the Oxford Cheese Company Ltd. on the farm in Somerset.
Although it may seem similar in appearance to “Chilli added” cheeses available in many supermarkets and other retail outlets, it is in fact, due to the combination of the spices and other ingredients in it’s constitution, very special. This is why it has a large and dedicated following.
