Since 1969 the Fletcher family has been making cheese from the milk of their flock of 800 ewes.

Its distinctive markings and circular shape is the result of being hand pressed into circular colanders.

It is hand turned and matured for four months at the dairy and then for a further two to three months at our unit outside Oxford.
