College White is a Brie style cheese weighing approximately half a kilo. It is filled with a truffle cream of our own recipe. It is hand prepared in small batches, typically of a dozen cheeses at a time.
As it matures the flavour of truffle permeates all the cheese. To obtain the best results, it should be allowed to ripen till the paste is creamy and unctuous.
